Diseases caused by stressStress is non-specific reaction to the influence of the environment on the human body (psychological or physical effects). During the stress the human body produces hormone adrenaline which main action is to force the body to survive. Stress is necessary for the human body in small quantities.

The human body is able to manage stress in small amounts. But stress has a negative influence on the body during a long-term exposure. Different diseases could appear from the stress.

The first symptoms signaling that your body has difficulties with managing stress is anxiety and uncontrollable worry weariness, restlessness, muscle tension, insomnia, absent-minded attention and various sleep disorders. The person that cannot manage stressful situations may have feeling of discomfort in the chest, speed up palpitation and dyspnoea, chills, nausea, fever, abdominal pain, tingling in arms and legs. In that case if the person does not respond to the first signs that his body hardly manage stress and it needs a break and rest, this person has risk to get some complications such as:

- Hard headaches;

- Insomnia and other sleep disorders;

- Back pain;

- Constipation or diarrhea;

- The appearance of bad habits and their complications (smoking, alcoholism, drug addiction);

- High blood pressure;

- Decrease of the immune protection of the body;

- Diseases of the musculoskeletal system (osteoporosis);

- Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (stomach ulcer, gastritis, etc.);

- Diseases of the cardiovascular system (eg, myocardial infarction, stenocardia);

- Mental disorders (depression, emotional instability, excitement, impaired memory, fatigue, neurosis, anxiety, etc.).

Diseases caused by stress can be more serious, especially women’s diseases because the female body is more susceptible to external factors. In particular, the women’s stress can develop such serious diseases as cervical erosion, uterine fibroids, ovarian tumors, ovarian cysts, breast cancer, menstrual disorders and hormonal levels.

How is it possible to deal with stress independently? First of all, people have to learn to relax. The best breathing exercises and other relaxation methods could be great for it. Regular morning exercises reduce susceptibility to stressful situations. Also it could be useful to give up bad habits (alcohol or drugs, smoking, frequent use of caffeine).

It is recommended to take supplement INDOLE-3 to strengthen the immune system, to prevent cancer, to normalize hormonal and cyclical processes of the female body.
